A city built on and around a massive and almost supernaturally clean and deep lake. On the eastern fringe of Redican land, Herndeck was forced into the Redican Pact through conquest and still maintains a notably Swassian culture; although, the Pact has forced them to abandon much of their aristocratic ways.
