While there are numerous mountain passes that lead from the flatlands and forests of the Redican Pact and into Swassian held lands, there is but one that would allow an entire army to easily pass into Swassian territory. It is here that the large Swassian fort, the Sunderpost, has been constructed. While it was conceived of as a mere tactical fortress, a large unwalled settlement has sprung up around the fortress thanks to a number of goldmines being discovered here and the greed of a certain noble family.
