In the world of Marea everything has a price. Players earn gold through adventuring, through selling things to other players, NPCs, and or in threads where they play their occupation. Money is important, it allows players to buy gear, crafts, and further customize their pc beyond the normal sackcloth set of clothes.
MONEY
Marea operates on precious metal currency, and while every society has different names for their coinage and different designs on their money's faces, all the societies still utilize, or at least accept, gold, copper, or silver coins. As a rule, the worth of these coins is broken down as follows.
